with your name, telephone number, unit requested, number of guests, and dates.
Each unit calendar is listed below the
form and shows current reservations. Use the comments section at the bottom of the form to request additional
information. We will need your
airline itinerary so that we can pick you up at the airport in Roatan.
Minimum booking is one week. Airport transfers to and
from Sunnyside are included with a weekly rental. We require a 40%
deposit to hold a reservation. Payment can be made
by a personal check. Tentative bookings are held only 10 days pending payment of your
rental deposit. The remaining 60% of
your reservation payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are
requesting a booking less than 60 days in advance, 100% of the reservation will
be required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellations of lodging made 45 or more days prior to
arrival will receive a full refund less a service fee of US$ 50.00.
Cancellations made 45-15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 14 - 0 days prior to arrival are 100% nonrefundable.
