Positive developments at Oceano
The last couple of months have seen some positive changes and we now move ahead at an increased pace. The Oceano team is excited to announce that construction will start on our first beach front homes including a Cabana duplex, starting in May and we aim to follow with a White Sand fourplex in June and a South Beach fourplex in July.

Construction news
Led by Mike Albee, our onsite Project Manager and our contractor Ivan Jones, the grading, site work, storm water management and preparation for site and lot servicing is all underway. The landscaped entrance is being built to provide an elegant welcome to Oceano. Our construction start in May is on schedule and the entire team is excited to reach this stage.

Oceano is now unique being the one master-planned community on Roatan with a white coral flour sand beach and beach front homes. The limited supply and increasing demand bode well for real estate appreciation.

Marine Survey
We recently commissioned a marine survey of Caribe Point Bight (our bay) and found rare Staghorn corals. These are considered an �indicator� species only found in the purest of marine waters. The unique reef protection at the mouth of the bight and a gentle circulating current provide the nutrient flow � the pure southern Caribbean sea does the rest. The survey results are utilized for Oceano�s leading environmental policy and permitting. We will keep you informed about Oceano�s leading edge sustainable practices in future issues.
