Both kitchen areas have dimmable recessed lights and variable speed ceiling fans.   Each kitchen has a self cleaning electric range with variable speed exhaust hood that vent to the exterior, electric frost free refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal in large double stainless steel sink, American Standard "pull out" sink faucet, tiled countertops, large pull out drawers and shelves for easy access, microwave and built in book shelf, a  large fluorescent ceiling work light, and imported Spanish ceramic tile floor.
