The guest house includes all the comforts of home, microwave, AC in each bedroom, refrigerator and two-burner stove. Guava Hill's guest house is a 3 minute walk down the hill thru the lush tropical gardens of Palmetto Bay to the private beach where some of the islands best snorkeling and diving is just 100 yards off the beach.
Palmetto Bay Plantation is a private 109 acre gated community consisting of large home sites and beach front casas. It is located mid-island on the North Shore. Amenities include a spectacular 1 mile white sand beach, lush tropical gardens, bird preserve, community pool, dock, kayaks, restaurant and 24 hr security. Perfect for the family vacation or the couple that wants to get away from it all. Horseback riding, scuba diving and fishing trips can easily be arranged leaving from Palmetto Bay.
